Roasted Vidalias
serves 4
Ingredients
4 ea Vidalia onions, cut into wedges
olive oil
1 t dried thyme
1 T balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Combine the ingredients in aluminum foil packets.
Bake at 450 for 20 minutes.
Plate and serve.
